USING ADVICE :

2. Wet the sponge with water
3. Squeeze enough to remove excess water

CARE ADVICE:
Regularly clean your sponge by hand with soap (Ex: black soap, castile soap, moisturizing baby soap, organic and mild shampoo, Marseille soap) before any new use. Depending on your frequency of use, ideally you should wash your sponge after each use or at least 3 times a week.
