Shipping & Return Policy
In accordance with the regulations, if a product does not finally meet your expectations, you have a right of withdrawal within 14 days, increased to 30 days from us after receipt of your entire order.
To exercise this right, thank you to inform us of your decision to retract within the time limit by sending an email to: sb@ckarlys.fr by specifying your name, first name and order number. 3. LES FRAIS DE LIVRAISON
Les frais d'expédition comprennent l'emballage, la manutention et les frais postaux. Ils peuvent contenir une partie fixe et une partie variable en fonction du prix ou du poids de votre commande et dépendent de votre adresse de livraison.
Pour connaître les frais de port, vous devez faire une simulation de commande en indiquant votre adresse de livraison. Les frais de port seront alors indiqués en fonction des transporteurs qui peuvent livrer votre commande.

Oui, vous avez la possibilité de profiter de la gratuité des Frais de port à partir d'un minimum de 60€ d'achat valable uniquement pour la France Métropolitaine.
5. QUE FAIRE EN CAS DE RETARD DE LIVRAISON ?
Si vous ne recevez pas votre commande dans les délais, vous devez faire votre suivi en ligne et contacter le service client du transporteur afin d'avoir des informations plus précises et détaillées.
