1. GENERAL INFORMATION ON DELIVERIES :

Packages are usually shipped 24 /48h after receipt of your payment from Monday to Thursday.

Orders placed on Friday are shipped the next business day.

1.1 Shipping :

1.2 Delivery costs :

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. In the case of several separate orders, they can be grouped together if the delivery address is the same, the shipping costs of each order remain unchanged. Special care is taken to the package containing fragile products.

( i ) Free shipping from a minimum purchase of € 50.00 indicated that may change at any time downward or upward and depending on the delivery method chosen. This offer is valid only for deliveries within Metropolitan France.

1.3 METROPOLITAN FRANCE EXPEDITIONS:

You have the choice between a delivery With or Without signature by POST

(i) La Poste delivers to the home in Tracked letter or Colissimo in mailbox. For deliveries against signature, in case of absence of the recipient during delivery, the parcel could be made available at the nearest post office. The Recipient must collect his package within the specified time (Contact the service N° 3631 for Individuals and N° 0825 878 888 or 3634 for Companies.

The return of any package in Return Sender will give him to charges borne by the Customer.

1.3.1: Delivery without Signature in Metropolitan France

Your shipment will be delivered by tracked letter or Colissimo without signature to the address indicated. The delivery status of Colissimo is authentic. Therefore in case of delivery dispute ckarlysbeauty.com will rely on the information of the carrier. If the parcel is indicated "Delivered" and confirmed by Colissimo / La Poste, no refund can be made one way or another.

COLISSIMO SANS SIGNATURE

1.3.2: Delivery With Signature in Metropolitan France :

Your shipment will be delivered by Colissimo with signature to the address indicated. The delivery is done by hand. This method of delivery avoids any dispute because you receive your package yourself.

COLISSIMO AVEC SIGNATURE

1.3.3: Delivery with or without DOM/TOM Signature :

Your shipment will be delivered by Post Colissimo Overseas with or without signature or by Letter followed without signature. This concerns the overseas departments: Guadeloupe / Guyana / Martinique / Reunion etc...

1.3.4: Delivery in Relay Point :

Your shipment will be delivered to the Relay Point that you have chosen yourself during your order. The parcels stay at the relay point for an average of 5 days. The parcels are delivered against signature. 

(i) The Recipient must collect his packages on time. The return of any package in Return Sender will give rise to charges to be borne by the Customer.

1.2 EXPEDITIONS EUROPE / EU and INTERNATIONAL :

Shipments are operated by Colissimo International, Mondial Relay, Chronopost, DHL Express, UPS, FREIGHT FORWARDERS of your choice or ours.

  • Can I refuse delivery?

    You can refuse a delivery. In this case, it will be refunded as soon as we have received it in return. Attention the shipping and insurance costs will not be refunded. 

  • What is the withdrawal period?

    You have 30 days to return a part that you are not satisfied with. It must then be returned to us in its original packaging and in new condition. Any open box or any product used will be refused.

          During the withdrawal period you can return your order in whole or in part. To do this, you must make a return request from your customer account.

  • What should I do upon receipt of the package?

    When you receive the package from the carrier, carefully check the condition of the package and the warranty strips. If you have any doubt, do not hesitate to check the contents of the package in front of the driver or at the Relay point, or have a Reserve put or simply refuse it. Then immediately send us an e-mail to sb@ckarlysbeauty.com notify us of the refusal and the reasons for it. 

  • Back following error?

            During the 30-day withdrawal period, as indicated above, you can return all or part of an order.

            The shipping and insurance costs are not refunded if the return is not due to an error on our part. In this case, the return costs are entirely at your expense.

  • What should I do if I have complaints about the content?

    All our shipments are well controlled before departure. Very strict measures put in place allow us to avoid errors in the contents of each package. If despite everything there was an error, just make a complaint within 24 hours of receipt of your order by sending an e-mail in order to find a quick and effective solution. 

  • What to do in case of late delivery?  Contractual delivery times exceeded by 72h!

  • What should I do in case of a delivery incident?  

In the event of a delivery incident within the Colissimo carrier network, we must wait a period of 20 Days for France, 30 Days for Overseas, 45 Days for international before considering that the parcel has been lost. After this deadline, by mutual agreement either the order is canceled and you are refunded or we deliver the products ordered initially subject to stock.
